1. Week-Only Rentals at Premium Pricing
We only offer week-long stays at $3,000–$5,000 per week for 2 people. With 50 cottages and up to 80% annual occupancy, rental revenue alone can generate $8.6M/year at full scale.

Unlike models where you only earn from your unit, half of ALL sanctuary profits—from every income stream—are distributed evenly across 50 Founder Shares & Director Council Members. (Directors Receive 2 x Share)

4. Zero Payroll Overhead
We have no paid staff. All core functions—farm, kitchen, events, operations—are supported by Work/Stay residents who pay to be here. Owners & Visitors are welcome and encouraged to pitch in and help where it excites them. Contribution is the Currency at Alma Libre.
This means ultra-low operating expenses and extremely high net margins (90%+ projected EBITDA).
5. Revenue Begins Before Rentals
Income starts in Phase 2, before cottages go live. Work/Stay programs and paid workshops generate reliable monthly cashflow from the moment the basecamp is active.
6. Conservative, Break-Even-Proven Modeling
Our projections are based on a 32% break-even occupancy
with all cottages in rotation. Even with below-capacity performance, ROI remains strong—projecting 100% return in less than 5 years approximately, with ongoing upside revenue for decades to come.
PLEASE NOTE: These numbers are based on the Pre Launch Shareholder price of $300,000. Once Phase 2 begins the Price to become a Founding Partner will jump to $400,000. The ROI will change accordingly.

This isn’t a traditional trust fund. It’s a living financial organism —created by us, governed by us, and used only for us: our founders, our council, and our chosen family.
Every Founder Share includes participation in the Alma Libre Legacy Trust , a protected capital pool that grows year after year— not for corporations or banks , but for our community's long-term safety, resilience, and generational wealth.
This fund exists to ensure that if anything happens—war, asset seizure, border lockdowns, or disaster
—we can fly our people home, house them safely, and protect their future. It's the emergency fund, the family bank, and the engine that powers everything next.
Funds are used to purchase life insurance policies on members, secure assets for future sanctuaries, and, when the time is right, reinvested to multiply the capital
The Trust is managed by the on-site Council—those living at Alma Libre who are responsible for preserving, protecting, and growing the fund for the benefit of the entire chosen family.
If a Founder is stranded—cut off from bank access, displaced by war, or fleeing collapse—the Trust can be used to bring them to the sanctuary , provide housing, food, and refuge.
